RetroDrill Technique for use in ACL reconstructions

This technique allows for optimum choice for femoral tunnel position without dependence on tibial tunnel positioning.  Femoral tunnels can be in a more lateral position, which is more anatomic and allows more normal biomechanics.  Routine use of the RetroDrill technique keeps the surgeon from settling on tunnel positions which are "almost" ideal.
